Community Nurses

Patients who are confined to their homes and need nursing care can arrange with the surgery for a district nurse to visit. The hospital will normally arrange for a district nurse to visit patients discharged from hospital who still need nursing care.

Health Visitors

The health visitor can be contacted on 01761 408358. If she is not there a message can be left for her on the answerphone and she will contact you – usually the same day. Her special interests are the care of the under 5s and their mothers.
